Cambelts

What is a cambelt?
The cambelt is a vital component of your car engine designed to keep the top and bottom half of the engine in sync with one another.

How often should I change my cambelt?
This varies from vehicle to vehicle however most manufacturers recommend a cambelt change between 40,000 and 60,000 miles or roughly every 5 years. It’s important to get your cambelt changed at the recommended intervals, if you leave it too long, the cambelt may snap causing serious and expensive damage to your car’s engine.
